Greeting Crime Fighters!

Good news! Moonstone is working on the last shipments, about 20 orders, including international. That means, hopefully, in the next week or so (domestic), you should have your products. International might be a bit longer, these days, but I'm told he's finished the list.

What these means:

1. (domestic) If in the next two weeks you have not received your product, message me directly at david at davidboop dot com. Add your mailing address IF you have not previously sent it to me.
2. (international) If you have not received your product in a month, message me as listed above.
3. If something is missing from your order, send an email to contact_us at moonstonebooks dot com with subject line: "Missing Green Hornet Backer Item for X" (X being your full name). List only what item of items you did not receive and your current address. This is the quickest way to get this taken care of.
4. Digital items, if not received, go through Frank Zanca here. 

Thank you for your patience in this. We've learned a lot running this Kickstarter and fulfillment on our own. Chances are, we won't do it ourselves again. But even if we did, it'll certainly be smoother than it was this first time out.

So, hopefully, for the last time here, "Let's Roll, Kato!"

Hi,

You all are asking for answers, and you deserve some, so let me explain a few things. In the past (Kolchak), we used a fullfillment company to fill orders. It was a march larger Kickstarter than this and it was necessary. Moonstone is a small publisher, even micropublisher by today's terms, and to make sure we gave our authors, artists, and editor the best pay, while keeping the project affordable, Moonstone made the decision to not use an outside fullfilment company and do it in-house. We realize this was a mistake in hindsight, but we are shipping books every day. Joe does the majority of this himself or with the staff of one of his stores. Again, this was to keep costs down so we could make your buy-in lower and pay a pro rate to all involved.

As for why you haven't seen your books yet, there are several reasons. I've been messaging the people directly that sent me e-mails to explain.

1 - You never filled out your pledge manager. This is the least common, but it has happened, so we're trying to get the info we need from those backers.

2- Your address didn't transfer over to us in the databases we received. We have two different databases, one from Kickstarter and one from Backerkit that need to be sorted, and sometimes 0s and 1s just don't line up. This is one of the most common reasons.

3 - Moonstone has your address and it just hasn't shipped yet. This is mostly true of international shipping. Joe is shipping out books, and I hear from people regularly that they have gotten them, so I know this is true. It was a much bigger project than we expected, thanks to all of you supporting it, but understand this, I swear NO ONE will not receive your books. I'll haul my butt to Chicago if I have to to make sure everyone gets there books. 

4 - You didn't order a physical book, just a digital. Yes, this does happen. Doublecheck your pledge to make sure you got a physical copy, and then look to make sure you didn't miss the email about how to download your digital one.

5 - The address was wrong. So far, I've not heard of any books being returned, but then I don't work at Moonstone HP. This does happen though.

There be other reasons, but the database is the number 1 reason, and we're working on and sorting it as fast as possible. Please, please be patient. No one will not get there books. Even though it's not my job, I'm doing my best to make sure all this is handled as expeditiously as possible.

If you have not received your physical books in the United States, that means we've not received your correct mailing address. Please send a message directly to me at david at Longshot-productions.net with your full mailing address.

We're doing the best we can to get these great books to you. 

If you're international, they've not shipped out yet, but will soon.

Hi, We are doing our best to get your books and cards out in a timely fashion. If you have not done so yet, please go into the Backer Kit and fill out your current shipping address so we can mail you your books. I have about 15 missing addresses.
